OfflineBiz is a membership site by Jim Cockrum and Andrew Cavanagh that shows people how to make money selling internet marketing services to local business owners, also known as “offline gold.”

I had seen the site for a while but for some reason, had resisted actually joining it. Recently, I finally joined OfflineBiz and was blown away at what I found. This website is an encyclopedia of everything you need to know to have an offline gold internet marketing business. Its chocked full of articles on every offline gold related topic imaginable.

Best of all, if you have a question about something related to the offline gold business, you can ask on the forum and either Jim or Andrew (sometimes both), will PERSONALLY reply to your question. Sure, there are a lot of forums out there where you can ask questions. However, I’ve found that on other forums the quality of the answer is only as good as the skill level of the person replying. That’s what makes OfflineBiz so valuable. You are getting quality answers from offline gold experts. You don’t end up chasing your tail going after tactics and techniques that aren’t proven or simply don’t work.

A word of warning though: OfflineBiz has a sneak peek free version that has its own forum. This is NOT the same forum that full members of OfflineBiz have access to. That was one of the reasons that I had procrastinated. I didn’t realize how good the actual OfflineBiz Gold member forum actually is.

If you are an intermediate or advanced level internet marketer, don’t assume that you know everything there is to know related to offline gold. OfflineBiz has something to offer for every skill level.

My Silent Team is a membership site by Jim Cockrum that shows you different ways of making money online. Jim has really gone a little crazy with his MySilentTeam website. Honestly, I was a little scared when I first logged in. There are soooo many different online money making strategies on there that I got a little overwhelmed. As expected, most of the strategies are Ebay related. He also covers list building and affiliate marketing as well. These aren’t the same ol Ebay strategies you see everywhere else. Jim and the team cover things like finding hot products to sell on Ebay, dropshipping and product sourcing, ebooks, public domain, Amazon Marketplace and many other topics.

Be prepared to get a big throbbing headache the first day you are on this site. There are a lot of ideas.

Luckily, one of the bonus items is a product about how to overcome information overload. It’s a well needed subject. My suggestion is to find one or two areas of interest you think would be the best moneymakers and keep your focus in one area.

The members forum is very active and you will even see Jim himself on the boards answering questions personally. That’s a nice touch

Speaking of bonus pool, I can’t believe Jim managed to get so many products in there. These are not crappy resale rights products. Several of the products included in the bonus pool sell for $97 each every day over on Clickbank. The current list is over $2500 in retail value. Yet the site is very affordable at only $19 a month.

The Ultimate Search Engine Loophole is a report and guide written by Dave Kelly and Chris Rempel. It outlines a loophole in the MSN search engine. They claim that if you apply the techniques in their report that you will rank highly in MSN for nearly any keyword that you wish.

But why MSN when Google gets the big traffic? The problem according to Dave and Chris is that Google is too unpredictable. They change their ranking algorithm nearly daily. MSN is much more of an old school search engine.  Once you figure it out, you can rank again and again and again.

But does it work? By all accounts that I have noticed, yes it does! I have seen sites at the top and sure enough, they are using the techniques that are described in this report.

Who is this report good for?

Without giving away the whole report, I will tell you that for best results, you will need to know how to set up WordPress blogs to make this work right. You will need to get multiple ip hosting designed for SEO. You can get this for as little as $20/month from SEO Host. This whole process can be outsourced very easily if you wish. I’ve seen reliable people on Odesk that will do this blog stuff for as little as $5 an hour.  So, if you don’t know how to set up WordPress blogs very fact that’s another option.

They also highly recommend getting the Caffeinated Content plugin for WordPress and a link rotation script. It definitely makes that job a lot easier, but there are free ways around this if you are on a tight budget.

Q: Won’t This Be Short-Lived?

A: Probably the most-pressing question on everyone’s mind…

Evidence suggests that this method WON’T be short-lived, simply because of the incredible scale that Dave has been using it for several years now.

We’re talking thousands of sites.

AND – because MSN.com truly seems to have no interest in competing with their search engine anymore.

It’s been a long, long time since they’ve made any (attempted) improvements to their search engine, and with the way their market share is going, we really can’t see any reason why they’d spend even MORE money trying to patch a sinking ship.

Now, the other thing here is that this method works as a result of actually GIVING the search engine’s algo what it wants:

Continually incoming backlinks (simulated) – and – tightly themed, relevant landing pages.

It’s been working for more than 2 years for thousands of sites, and it still works just as well today, right now.

Even if thousands of people started doing this, that’s really a drop in the bucket compared to the MILLIONS of pages and sites that MSN indexes on a daily basis.

Considering that – and the fact that few people who buy this will actually act on it (that’s not something we “count on”, but it is a reality) – this strategy is likely going to be around for quite a while…

Now – even if it isn’t…

In fact, even if this strategy dries up entirely in 6 months from now – doubtful – but even so, think about how much traffic you could still drive in that time.

Think about the size of opt-in email lists you could build ranking for THE most competitive keywords in any popular niche of your choosing…

The fact is, this is a loophole.

And regardless of what my thoughts are on longevity, I can’t make any guarantees – except this:

Those who take advantage of this right now will see incredible results, and if they’re building email lists, then they can see profits from this for years and years to come.

But the key word is “NOW”.

Q: If Tons of People Buy This, Won’t All The “Good” Keywords Get Snatched Up?

A: Not at all.

First of all, even if 10,000 people buy this, only a small fraction of them will even try it, let alone use it to corner their target markets. This isn’t something that we “depend on” or anything, but it is a fact. Hell, I’ve bought tons of products that are truly excellent – but I’ve just never had the time to get started with the process or method (and probably never will).

So very few people will actually tap into this strategy, by their own choice. Even though it’s basically a golden goose for anyone who wants to “mine” it.

Second – and most importantly – there are millions of high-traffic, profitable keyphrases out there, spread across literally tens of thousands of markets.

Anyone who tells you otherwise is full of crap.

There is no “cap” on opportunity here. That’s like saying that everything’s already been thought of online, or that there’s too much competition in a market, etc.

All complete rubbish.

Also – being ranked as #4, or #5 vs. #1 or #2 isn’t that bad of a deal, either. Sometimes you will run into keyphrases that for whatever reason you won’t be able to nail the first spot for.

That doesn’t mean you won’t get a LOT of traffic. In fact, if your title tag is compelling, relevant and “eye-grabbing”, you can sometimes get more traffic than sites listed above you. Marketing 101 still applies. A title tag is, in essence, a “headline”.

So no – there’s no shortage or potential saturation of keyword availability. Take a moment to think about how many markets truly exist out there. It’s endless…

Q: Will This Method Hurt My Google Rankings?

A: This strategy is MSN-based only. The sites you promote using the Loophole will only ever be aimed at getting MSN rankings. We make it very clear in the blueprint and other materials that you DO NOT use this strategy at all to rank in Google, and that you don’t apply these methods to sites that already DO rank in Google.

Google is smart, MSN is dumb.

And even though this method isn’t black-hat, it is manipulative, you don’t want to take the risk of getting sand-boxed by trying to get the “best of both worlds” if you’ve got a site that ranks well in Google, and now you want MSN traffic as well.

Just build a seperate mini-site for MSN. It takes like 5 minutes. Well worth it, and you’ll get more overall traffic anyway…

A: Let me be clear:

The ONLY thing you’ll need to invest in on top of the blueprint itself are hosting and domain names, and that’s if you don’t already have a capable host.

That is it.

Google Maps Cash is a course by Chad Kimball to show you how to use Google Maps (now called Google Places) effectively. Google Places can be a source of free traffic to your site, especially if you have a local business.

Don’t think that it’s just for local though. As Chad mentions in the training, you can also use Google Places to promote affiliate products. In his example, he uses “dog training” to get listed under a dog trainer and sell a Clickbank book. What’s the deal with everyone using “dog training” as their example. Need a new example people!

If you don’t want to promote Clickbank products, build a local blog around locally oriented keyphrases and then optimize it for Google Places. Then, either sell the leads locally (more work but more money) or sign up as an affiliate for someone like ServiceMagic (no selling but less payout). This is exactly what I’m doing with my Dayton Contractors Network website.

Chad’s course is video based and it works. If you think that you can just submit a listing and wait, you are totally mistaken. It’s a bit more work than that and Chad shows you step by step what to do.

Less than a month after doing the training, I designed a site for a local business coach. It’s now #1 in Google Places for “business coach Dayton Ohio.” The other listings were totally knocked off the map!

Just think about how many business owners don’t have an optimized Google Places listing and how you can make money by showing them how to get listed there. Offline guru Tim Castleman is suggesting charging local business owners $700 for an optimized Google Places listing. Even if you only charge them $200, it’s quite a profit margin for something that’s quite easy to do (especially if you outsource it).

My only complaint about Google Maps Cash is that it doesn’t have a pdf to follow along. That would have been handy. All in all it’s a quality program and it actually works.
