Ted Thomas does infomercials about tax deed/tax lien investing among other things. I bought one of his courses several years ago. When, I first got it my first thought was, “this is it?”.
When, I first got it my first thought was, “this is it?”. It had a lot of very generic information about tax liens. I mean VERY. No real meat to go with. I’ve heard that his seminars are pretty much a sham as well.

There is money to be made in tax liens, as I later did find out. Ted is just not the source to get it from.

I’ve looked on various forums and many, many, many people have said the same thing about ol Ted.

If you are new to tax liens, instead get a book called The 16% Solution by Joel Moskowitz. It’s the best $16 you will ever spend.
